For over a year, I worked on a team to completely redesign candidate-facing and internal experiences for Prometric, a leader in the test administration industry.

After a robust discovery phase where my team and I conducted and synthesized over 14 stakeholder interviews, we led prioritization sessions with company leadership and identified candidate scheduling and internal operations for their Certified Nurse Aide program as the first phases of work in a three year contract.

Within this project, I contributed user/desk research and synthesis, journey maps, user flows, service blueprints, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and functional annotations. I also closely collaborated with visual design, project management, and front- and back-end development teams to bring the experience to life.
