For over a year I worked with a small product team on Wawa’s mobile app. Over that period, I had the fortune of working on a variety of roadmap items, but the two features I’m most proud of designing dovetailed into shifting user expectations as a result of Covid-19.

Although enamored with Wawa, users wanted their interactions with the brand to require less physical contact. We met these new expectations by rapidly designing and releasing in-app fuel pump activation and delivery ordering features.

Within these two project features, I contributed research and synthesis, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and functional annotations. I worked closely with a tight team of experience and visual designers, front- and back-end developers, and product management.
